Full, Honest Review of My Juliano’s Pool Complete Rehab, Liner Replacement & Add-On

It’s been my lifelong dream to have a beautiful, in-ground pool to enjoy with my closest family and friends.  We love to entertain, and what better way to do that than by the pool on a warm summer afternoon?  Rewind a few years back, you may remember we had a new pool designed and installed by Juliano’s Pools back in 2020.  It was not the smoothest process by any means, and it left us pretty upset in the end, but I did LOVE that pool.  

In August of 2022, we had the opportunity to purchase our dream home in Connecticut closer to family.  We jumped on it giving up our beautiful pool and settling for a less beautiful pool to gain some other things.  After closing, we discovered that the pool was not only losing water with the many gaping holes in its liner, but it was also only 5 feet deep in the deep end.  We had no idea!  This lead us down the rabbit hole of finding someone to come out and give us a price on not only replacing the liner but rehabbing the entire pool to add a deep end and a sun ledge as we had on our previous pool.  Sounds simple, right?  Not even close…. haha (sorry Scott!!) 

After speaking with many companies, we reluctantly decided to have Juliano’s Pools come out to our new home and quote the job.  As usual, they came in competitively in pricing and were able to start the job before the end of the year which was a huge plus since other companies were quoting us start dates into July of the following year which would put us out in the middle of summer.  After lots of thought, we decided to hire them again.  

This time, we had Scott from the Hebron office as our project manager.  My husband and I cannot say enough good about this guy!  He was professional, communicative, and a true expert at what he does and his crew knocked it out of the park!  Every fine detail, they thought of it and worked it out within our budget and we couldn’t be more pleased with our new pool rehab.  To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement.  From the cleanup to the masonry to fine details like even fixing a fence latch for us, these guys were THE BEST!  

If you are in the market for a new pool, a new pool liner, or a pool rehab, DO NOT hesitate in calling Scott at the Hebron office for your job.  His guys are truly wonderful to work with and I always felt comfortable and excited to see them in our yard.  Thanks so much for everything!  Our family truly appreciates it and we cannot wait to enjoy our new pool this season!
